    Conditions that motivate and encourage human enthusiasm to carry out activities are known as motivation. This condition is reflected in the efforts made to achieve a goal. Performance is defined as the level of achievement of programs, activities or policies in achieving the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization. During an organization’s strategic planning process, these are measured. The aim of this research is to determine how much influence motivation has on the performance of 60 Basarnas Jakarta workers. The results of the partial T test show that the motivation variable (X) has a significant t-value (p < 0.1) and the t-value of 2.950 exceeds the t-table value of 1.68385. Therefore, it can be concluded that motivation significantly and partially positively influences employee performance (Y). This hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Employee Motivation and Performance.
