  This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, Quality of Work Life, motivation and employee performance, relationship style of leadership and the Quality of Work Life together on work motivation, and the relationship between leadership styles, Quality of Work Life, work motivation together the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the Regional Bureaus North Maluku province.
