  One of the main capital in setting up a company is human resources, and therefore the quality of human resources continue to be developed and directed in order to achieve the expected goals. Blessing Makmur PT Jakarta needs for new candidates to support human resources competent and qualified in their field. Through interviews and observation process of recruitment and selection is done by way of planning, demand, applying, screening and reception. Such steps allow Blessing Makmur PT Jakarta got qualified candidates. Recruitment and selection of the destination for more and more people are aware and the more candidates who apply. With the number of candidates who applied, then it is likely to be obtained and qualified applicants as required greater organization. The research method that I use is the qualitative descriptive method. From these results it can be said that the recruitment and selection process at Blessing Makmur PT Jakarta has been running smoothly in accordance with corporate planning as for prospective employees conducted at PT Makmur Jakarta Blessing placed on the security.
